One of the key things we find many business coaching clients seek is support with their Business Plan, either they have one that is collecting dust on a book shelf or they don't have one at all.


Do you have one that is hidden in a drawer somewhere covered in dust and cobwebs or have you never written one? It's like driving your car not knowing where you are going.


We can help you create or review your business plan and make it work for you! Your business plan will provide you with the opportunity to know who your customers are, why do they or will they buy from you. What makes you different? Do you know your USP? Who are your competitors? What's your pricing strategy? Do you have an exit strategy in place? 


We aim to support your goal achievements and create a results orientated approach, every client will have a different focus, a different set of goals and variable aspirations. We believe a 'one size fits all' approach doesn't work and that's why the discovery call is so important. Ultimately, we want to see you succeed and secure a return on investment.


We set very clear boundaries which are crucial to your success. As part of your role through this journey you have to committ to doing the work, using the tools and carrying out the actions from the sessions; otherwise there is no point. This is your journey you have to be prepared to put the work in. If you can't committ to doing so this will not be successful, as a coach and mentor it is not my role to do it for you.

Mentoring


Whether you are a sole trader or at the top of your game it can be a lonely place. Everyone thinks you have it together because you run your own businesses or because you are the CEO, the MD of a successful business or a business owner in any sector. What is often forgotten is the simple fact that you are human too. 


You may find you need a sounding board seperate from your business or personal circles. That's where we come in! We can be that soundboard, coach and mentor to listen and offer constructive and positive support but also to challenge you. Find your way to be the best version of you! Resulting in a happier, focused more empowering and engaging person at the helm of any business regardless of the sector or industry.

When you are a business owner or a leader it is easy to get in the mindset that you have to do everything, it's difficult to let go and even harder to ask for help.

Everyone needs help from time to time but when you are the business owner or organisational leader everyone looks up to you to have all the answers. Who do you turn to? There is so much pressure to do or know everything but to be honest letting go or outsourcing the things you don't enjoy or aren't a strong point can be empowering. This can free your time up to focus on what you do enjoy and are strongest at.


Also, if you employ staff to do a job, let them do it - trust them to excel at what they are employed for, you will find this will encourage them, increase motivation, give them a sense of pride and a willingness to do more, whilst also empower them.


Lead by example and show your employees,  your colleagues, your clients that you practice what you preach and that includes self care.

Embedding positive and pro-active partnerhsip and relationship management is an absolute necessity?  These don't happen overnight, these happen through hard work, building trust, integrity, mirroring the aims and values of your clients/customers. Understanding their wants and needs and offering a a solution to them. Building strong partnerships is not about you it's about them!

Keeping promises is key when building partnerships, offering to help and make things happen may not bring returns immediatley. By being true and authentic in the end you will reep the rewards.
